Chalk Drawing

Sometimes it’s fun to listen Sometimes it’s fun to talk... But I’ve more fun than ever When I draw with chalk!

Getting Started:

You can draw with chalk inside or outside, so long as it’s not raining. Children love drawing and the great thing about chalk is you can wipe it clean and start again – or you can rub a bit out and correct it. TIPS! It’s also fun to draw on pavements. The rain will wash your work again and leave the pavement clean again.

Read with Boxie

A book is a truly magic thing Whatever its title or name... Everyone can read the story But no two will see it the same As Boxie’s Grandpa always says “You’re never alone when you have a book and you’ve no reason to be bored when you have a book”. Even though you’re never alone with a book, it is still fun to read together. And as you get older, you can read bigger, longer, more exciting stories together, until eventually you’re reading books to yourself. Even then, it’s fun to talk to other people about what you’ve read!
